Over the past 10 years Steph has reported from all the big financial events across the world, most recently from the eurozone crisis summits in Brussels and the Italian debt meetings in Rome.

After graduating with a first class honours degree, Steph stepped into a job producing radio business news at the BBC. Within weeks of becoming the producer for the then economics editor, Evan Davis, the financial world was in meltdown. Steph has covered its developments ever since.

For three years Steph was the lead producer of business news on the BBC's One, Six and Ten O'Clock news bulletins. Working with the business editor, Robert Peston, Steph was at the forefront of the BBC's award-winning coverage of the credit crunch and recession.

In 2010 Steph moved in front of the microphone full-time as a financial reporter for 5Live. Steph was in charge of all things money for the network and regularly stood in as the main presenter for Wake up to Money and On the Money. Steph is now business reporter for BBC Breakfast, 5Live and Radio 2.
